The Department of Arabic & Islamic Studies combines the linguistic beauty of Arabic with the profound depth of Islamic theology. The curriculum focuses on Classical and Modern Arabic literature, linguistics, grammar, as well as Qur’anic sciences, Hadith, and Islamic jurisprudence. Students develop proficiency in the Arabic language while gaining a scholarly understanding of Islamic texts and history.
